TSC may review your behavior and content for compliance with these Terms, and reserves the right to remove any violating content.
TSC reserves the right to delete or disable content alleged to be infringing the intellectual property rights of others, and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Rights and Ownership
You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, by submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Services, you grant TSC a nonexclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display your content and any name, username in connection with your content.TSC needs this license because you own your content and TSC therefore can’t display it on its Services without your permission.
The Services are protected by copyright & trademark. These Terms don’t grant you any right, title or interest in the Services, other users’ content on the Services, or TSC’strademarks, logos or other brand features.
We may stop providing the Services or any of its features within our sole discretion. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage and may remove content on the Services.
TSC’s Rights
- Suspension or Termination: User are free to stop using our Services at any time. TSC reserve the right to suspend or terminate User’s access to the Services without notice.
- Data : As you avail our Services, you agree that we may process, store information or transfer data about you .
- Indemnifiy:To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, User will indemnify, hold harmless and defend TSC its directors, partners and employees (individually and collectively, the “TSC Parties”) from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, expenses or costs (“Claims”) arising out of or related to your violation, misappropriation or infringement of any rights of another (including intellectual property rights or privacy rights) or your violation of the law. You agree to promptly notify TSC Parties of any third-party Claims, cooperate with TSC Parties in defending such Claims and pay all fees, costs and expenses associated with defending such Claims (including attorneys’ fees).
- Service is “As Is”, No warranty
TSC goals to give its Users smooth Services but there are some things it can’t guarantee. User use of our Services is at their sole risk. User understand that our Services and any content posted or shared by Users on the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. In addition, TSC doesn’t represent or warrant that our Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. No advice or information obtained from TSC or through the Services will create any warranty or representation not expressly made in this paragraph. TSC do not control or endorse, and we make no representations or warranties regarding, any Third-Party Content.
Dispute Resolution/Governing Law
The Users expressly agree that the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any other agreements entered between the Company and User(s) are governed by the laws, rules and regulations of India, and that the Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
These Terms, Privacy Policy and any dispute that arises between you and TSC will be governed by the laws, rules and regulations of India, and that the Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
